OK, here it is folks! And A whole lot of changes, especially for Florida!

#1 - As always, Arizona, unchanged. #2 Idaho; #3 Alaska (drops from #2); #4 Kasnas.

Lots of changes at the bottom and the middle.

#51 - New York; #50 New Jersey; #49 Massachusetts; #48 Hawaii, #47 Wash, DC. (Hmmmmmm..... ); #46 California; #45 Connecticut; #44 M aryland etc....

Florida....... <drum roll>..... #23 (mostly due to 7026).... down from #12. At least we're still on the upper half!

This list is really politically bias obviously. We are 31 or something? Really? We have no gun restrictions here at all. Gun permits cost 10$ and all they check is to see if your s felon. Open carry is good to go for anyone permit or not. No waiting periods to buy a gun any longer. I can’t speak for stand your ground but the few times it’s been claimed it was a burglury or something. I think what hurt this ranking was we failed to pass a permit less status last year in legislation.

ND passed permitless carry but had wording issues so it’s confusing but they have virtually no restrictions there and yet not even top 10. I like lists like this but think it’s a bit slanted!
