Default Howdy from the Gunshine State

Been looking and listening over at the 1911 forum and this place seemed like a good place to check out. Sometimes things over there get a little..um..contentious..but still lots of good people and good info. Thought I'd sign up here and kinda join in

Lol..soon as I get the pic thing figured out, I'll post. Have'nt figured it out on the other forum, either. LOVE the Wilson..just got it past the 500 round break in, no hiccups. Waited seven years to be able to buy it, but worth it. Thanks for the warm welcome, ya"ll

Welcome to the best little forum house in America!

Posting pics is easy...

1. Go to Photobucket and get a free account started.

2. Go to the photo on your puter and copy it to you desktop. It will apear very small, (an icon).

3. Go back to your photobucket account and hit the "green upload button." Its right there in the main window in the center. Click it. And it will take a few seconds to uplaod. Your Desk top files will appear and usually the photo will be the last one. But go through and double click the file and it will upload it to photobucket.

4. once its uploaded to photobucket, its there and cant be lost. Its a great way to save pics. Any way at the top of the page on photobucket click on "My Home" and you will see your pic and al the others you have uploaded. Then click the pick once and it will open it larger and you will see a smaller box to the right. It says Share this photo at the top. Put the pointer on the "IMG" and click it once. You will see the box to the right turn yellow and say copied.

5. Then go to your place to post and right click paste and you will have the file name for that picture linked to your photobucket account. As long as the photo is in the account then the photo will appear. It is now "locked" in you paste until you copy something else.

Not sure why I typed all that but there it is... Once you use it for a while you will figure out short cuts.

Welcome again, sorry so long winded.
