Default i need some 38 super loads

traded around and got some RCBS Dies on the way so I need a few good 38 super loads, any particular powder to stick with?

ordered an RIA from buds, should be here next week, got 300 rounds of Remington ammo and traded around for 2 Wilson mags the RCBS dies and a smith and alexander MSH magwell.

I use Hodgdon for .38 and .45...but I use 231, which has disappeared. Website is great though

Congratulations! The problem with 38 Super is the published loads are really dumbed down. You can also go here for some good info.

Or just ask Alex.

Vihtavuori ,makes some really good powders for the 38 Super. The problem is finding any. If you are not shooting it through a compensator or trying to hit power factors there are allot of different choices. 38 Super is like 10mm you really have to roll your own to get the true performance out of them. Factory ammo is like 9mm.
