Guess where? In all fairness, because of the severity of it, I can't blame this on Florida, but blame it on screwed up people in general.

I think the punishment should fit the crime on a case like this.

then maybe scum like that would think twice before doing such evil.

Of course in your roundabout way you bring up Florida again?
'I can't blame this on Florida'? If true why even bring it up?
You seem to have some axe to grind against us who are more lucky and free than you are. People usually criticize things they envy or are jealous of.
So thanks for posting an 8 month old story in an effort to not blame Florida one more time.
