Default 9th Circuit "en banc" Appeals court rules *against* Peruta

Now, there's speculation that this might result in "Open carry" in Calif.
I'm not so sure...

Sucks but predictable (from the 9th Circuit). It would seem to increase the likelihood of SCOTUS weigh-in on the subject. God I hope the Hildabeast loses.
