Battle-Tested M14 Rifle Withstands the Test of Time
The M14 has been in U.S. military service for over a half-century and seems likely to fill the designated marksman role for a few more years.

The M-14 was my T/O weapon in Nam. Our sniper team for the P.D. had two with selectors as the spotter's rifles. I currently own a civilian model. I think they're great rifles!

While plausible, I never got that confirmed.
