Howard....if that doesn't work out google Peter Paras.....he is a family law specialist. Was a dick of a BIL, but is a helluva attorney. I am up in SC now, have his contact info back in Boca if you can't find him.

Your friend has both my sympathy and prayers. Cross state custody battles are difficult and expensive. My granddaughter in law is facing a similar situation. The bastich even got the law to garnishee her wages for support! He has the child and won't allow Shauna visitation!!! It's a long, tough and expensive fight.
