Hello from South Florida
New to the site. I have 8 1911s and just got my first Dan Wesson. Its a PMDP Pointman. Has a neet little story behind it. The story that was told to me (and the two receipts show proof) is that the guy I bought this from walked into Lou's gun shop in Miami to purchase a gun. While he was in there Dave Pruitt walked in with a few Pointmans he had just put together. This guy bought one. I have one receipt with the purchase from Lou's gun shop, and another for some miscellanious stuff from Gun-Doc. Gun-Doc is also engraved on the slide. After 2 minutes of looking on the web I see that Dave Pruitt was the original owner and gunsmith at Gun-Doc. Pretty neat stuff.
