After a few more emails I've decided I need to quit now and issue refunds. I contacted Alex but am going to contact everyone who has contacted me. I attempted to log into the forum this afternoon and have been banned, rightfully so after this cluster. If the members could contact me with where and how to send it I will have it taken care of by tomorrow depending on method.
