2015/16 ICD-10-CM Diagnosis Code V91.07XA - Burn due to water-skis on fire, initial encounter
One of 70,000 diagnostic codes in the new ICD-10 standard which went into effect today. As of today, doctors can no longer use the old ICD-9 standard, and have to know which one of the 70,000 new codes to use in correctly diagnosing patients. Gotta love this one: 2015/16 ICD-10-CM Code Z63.1 - Problems in relationship with in-laws Yes, starting today, your doctor can OFFICIALLY diagnose you with that ailment! Is that covered by YOUR health insurance policy? I wonder what the treatment is????
