Another New Guy from Oklahoma

Just found this forum on 1911's. I'm not new to guns, I currently have a WWII 1911A in pieces for maybe it's 30th rebuild. They never seem to go away! I 'm waiting on a DW Guardian to replace an H&K USP full-size 45. It seems the DW's are very hard to find here in the Sooner State. The USP is a big gun to stuff in your pants, and since we can't open carry here yet and smaller calibers just don't appeal to me, it was time to find a better carry weapon. Anyway, thanks for a great forum.
