So some of you may remember that BCA was giving away barrels to vet's last month, right? Well, let me bring up to speed.

Long story short, UPS has basically "lost" a barrel that BCA shipped to me last month. It arrived here in Oakland Ca on the 27th of Nov and was MIA at one point, then out for delivery 3 times and is now MIA again. After run around upon run around with UPS, I decided to call BCA and ask them if they could deal with UPS. A very nice lady by the name of Maritsa, said she could do me one better, she said they'd just ship me another barrel.

Wow, seriously???

And the great c/s doesn't end with just that gesture. I explained that I was going to give this barrel to a friend, a fellow veteran, who missed out on the free barrel give away last month and could you possibly just ship it direct to him? Again, she said no problem, just give me his shipping info.

Wow, I couldn't believe my ears. Was this really happening?

Now I assured Maritza that if the first barrel ever shows up from UPS, that I'll send it back to them. She said, no problem, is there anything else I can do?

If you were hesitant about ordering from BCA, lose the fear, they are a good to go company with awesome c/s and employees.
