I imagine the security team will be on-site giving safety briefings, etc. on how to handle packages. I hope so. While this seems to be localized to the Austin/San Antonio area, there could be quite many copy cats out there. I certainly don't want to hear of any more incidents in general, and certainly none from Tampa in particular.
