Just picked up my first in a long time. It is a Fusion CCO. Fusion is the company owned by Bob Serva, of DW fame. He recently moved his company to Venice Fl. This pistol was the first sold at my LGS, which just started carrying them. 45 cal 4.25". NIB dripping with oil. Broke a cardinal rule and shot it w/out breaking it down. Target picture is of the first 7 rounds from 15'. Bear in mind I really have done very little shooting over the past 3 years.
This is a nice little pistol. Came with one mag, an extra spring, takedown wrench, & all packaged in a canvas pistol case with pockets for at least 8 mags. Trigger was nice and light with very little creep or slack. Did not measure pull weight since I don't have a scale nor do I care. But it broke crisply. Compared to my older DW Valor it has a way to go before I put it at the head of the class but I am very happy with it. Ran about 100 rounds thru it out of the box. No issues with factory mag. Had a few FTF with some of the other mags I brought. Will need to sort them out at a later date. I was having too much fun to pay attention today. Ammo was Magtech and ??? that I had preloaded in some mags. The checkering on the front strap is aggressive but not to the point of painful. Recoil? Don't remember any . Expelled rounds came straight back. Caught one in the glasses and 2 or 3 off the forehead. Sights for an old man with bifocals are an afterthought. But based on my targets they are good enough for MOD (minute of dead).Swore I would never let another one of these follow me home, but @ $799 I had to go for it. Will post more when I have a chance to get back to the range.
