I bought a set of sights from XS through MidwayUSA for my CCO build months ago. Last night I opened the package and discovered the rear sight was WAY too small for a GI rear dovetail.
I emailed XS late last night, and found a reply already early this morning asking to see pics of my new sight and the slide. I sent the pics and 10 minutes later got a reply asking for my address so they can ship me the correct sights and a prepaid return package for the mis-packaged set. They never once asked for a reciept or anything...just promptly took care of the issue. Now that's what I call prompt, hassle-free, no-B.S. customer service.
