WV Teen scores 1st&2nd Amendment victory

14 Year old Jared Marcum was suspended from Logan Middle School and arrested for wearing an NRA t-shirt to school (does not violate dress code!)

He returned to school wearing the same t-shirt along with a number of other students wearing the same t-shirt in solidarity with Jared.

Logan City Police Chief E.K. Harper claimed: "His conduct in school almost incited a riot"

But witnesses say it was a teacher that escalated the incident, not Jared.

It was the teacher not acting like an adult. He created the issue
