Seems the killer's fellow Marines claim he never saw combat, or even patrol. Just sat on base eating ice cream. So much for his claim of PTSD.
As far as his punishment, could they just strap him in the sparky chair and give us a two-fer  ne by having Jesse Ventura sit in his lap?
