My apologies for lighting this fire.
The way she asked those questions was what got my attention. For example, she said (not a direct quote, but close), "Do we need an IQ test for someone to buy a gun?" I would have expected a pro-gun reporter to say, "What about the suggestion that we need an IQ test to buy a gun?" See the difference? One sounds like the individual asking the question, while the other does not. Anyway, I did not intend to cast aspersions on anyone and I apologize for that.
