 , Brownie, or anyone else...Both Brian and Dan mount their mammoth on reinforcement backing. As you can see Dan mounts his in either a silver or black surround. Brian has reinforcement backing recommended if you planning to shoot the gun. I can take detailed pictures of the backs of the grips if that would be of value in your projects. Let me know. It is pretty intimidating I think to start and the material is expensive to start experimenting with but the results are awesome, I think. I have seen some a lot prettier than mine but you never know what you will end up with after the scales are shaped and polished. Every one is different and the change as the colors many times do not penetrate the entire piece. THANKS for the nice comments guys. They are appreciated. Dennis
