It BETTER Be blocked! If not, the Senate will be responsible for the Death of the Constitution! Let the next President appoint one, ( Which I think should be changed, Justices SHOULD be Elected!) IF The American People Vote Hillary or Sanders in, then We are doomed! (And Deserve what happens next.)
