Absolutely. The BOR is for all Americans. The more people exercise their constitutional rights the safer they are.

If the club is a dance club and has a bar or is just a place with a bar as the source of income, then no. If it is a restaurant like TGI Fridays then yes but you can't go near the bar area.

If the primary source of revenue is alcohol then no, you can't enter the building.
