Hate to say it , you got a fake one.

Key features:

1) Upula's have 4 patents, not "patents pending" like yours.

2) Calibers are marked for each one, your's has no markings.

3) real Upulas's have a channel for the spring, your's does not.

4) Lock button should be grey, not black.

Yeah, I am not even going to dink with it. It works just fine and for the discount I supposedly got I am ok with it. If it breaks I will go to my LGS and get the $35 version but until then I am good.

I did "demand" my money from the seller for the knock off and see if I get anything from it. Doubt it...

Crap, I'm realizing the one I got years ago is a fake based on your pics and descriptions. Oh well, it's been flawless but hate to see that my money went to some asian counterfeiter of goods.
