Several years ago, I had an opportunity to buy the Remington 700 based sniper system. Sorry, I don't remember the military designation. It was only $11,000.

What makes this one worth so much more?

is probably correct, but this xm3 comes with NVD and some unique barrel improvements. But the rifle is missing it's supressor!? That's a deal breaker in my book (although I can't afford anything like this LOL)
