Correct, Glock is a dry system. Was just curious if caps changed that for sealing purposes or something. That might be why people had issues with them, its hard not to lube up a Glock. Amazing really.

Any firearm is useless under water anyway. The caps are for draining of water after being submerged.
Interesting to note. When I was in the armorer's course the instructor made point to highlight that the caps could only be ordered from Glock through an agency with a letter from the Chief. I go home and find them all over the internet.

Apparently I did not share the vid here. the guy in the vid bought them from the same store I did. Yes you only may get a 3 foot shot but coming out of the water shooting could save your life.. hence the reason only sells them to leo and military,
