Interesting sea change in Hillary's language.
So she went from "Should not be prosecuted because she did nothing wrong" to "Prosecuting me would result in a dictatorship." Hmm.... Perhaps she is genuinely scared now.... I hope so. In any case, yes, you are correct, the reason for the 2nd Amendment is to keep the government in check. It is the reboot switch on the republic.
