Get something from Jerry Fisk or Kyle Royer. might be a little over budget though.

So I went with the Esee 4. Thanks to Mike for sending his down this past Saturday so I can check it out in person.

It is of course... a beautiful blade. And yes, definitely a BBQ knife to go with my Dan Wesson Patriot BBQ pistol, with my Lane Leather BBQ holster!
