Nice pistol, congratulations.

I like the look of those stocks. Are the slippery with a sweaty hand?

I don't find them to be slippery, but I have fairly large hands that really wrap around a single stack grip so I probably wouldn't even notice any slipperyness, not sure that's really a word

My other commander size also has smooth grips, here is a pic of both of them: The ones on the bottom are from Lone Star Grips, the top one is from Altamont company

As to slipperiness a bit of skate board or stair tread tape solves that. My 2xl mitts approve.
