Thanks , that helps. I’m looking for something that can hold my mags and Med kit if I ever have to gtfo of town and the world has gone to shit. Or rioters trying to bust down the door. 17-18#s is doable for a short period of time so, that’s not too bad.

In my case I’m better off staying put and barricading myself in my house. More control, IMO.
Now, if I’m mobile I have a messenger bag in my car with extra magazines, med kit and a few other needs. The best part is I also have a plate in it as well so I can swing it in front of my chest for protection. This also allows me access to the mags for reloads.
