I joined the 1911 forum before I even owned one 11 years ago. My favorite pistol. I have two preCZ DWs, a custom Patriot and what I believe is the 1st DW Guardian Duece that was preproduction. My first was a DW PM2, unfortunately I sold that to pay for a NOS S&W 24-3 limited edition. Someone in KS bought a real nice PM2 that was factory tuned and modded. I live close enough that I drive there to buy. I also own a Springer GI Champion and Remington R1 Talo is my latest edition. BHPs, 3, along with various other autos, revolvers, shotguns and rifles make up my stable. You can never have too many guns or too much ammo.
I reitred just over 18 months ago from state LE after a 34 year career.

I am looking forward to having another place to learn.
