The CZ is sweet but I don't think you can get one for that price, I have a 452 Varmint and love it. Hard to go wrong with the 10/22, everyone needs at least one of those.

The Ruger 10/22 would be a great choice!!
 I bought each of my two son's one, my grandson one and also one for myself!!!

Another vote for the 10/22.
Perfect prize rifle, because there's such a huge aftermarket for them. You could go in one of any of a myriad of directions customizing it, so it would suit just about anyone. Jason

I like accurate rifles..I had one 10/22 and it was not but that was only one example.. I'm a 22 snob of sorts with a collection on win 52s 75s etc. I would want any good bolt 22 over the 10/22 ..
10/22 lovers are  or or or even and thats OK
