Everyone likes the Ruger 10/22, but IMHO the Savage 22 LR, which I own one is accurate less the .50" MOA at 100 yards, and MSRP is $484........

I bet either Ruger or Savage will give you a LE Discount.................

I've had my 10-22 for a lotta years and she's still a great shooter.
