Hello! New member here from LA (lower Alabama).

My favorite 1911 is my Dan Wesson Valor.

Will send pics and also pics and a range report after my next range visit on 4/21/12. Have a bowling pin shoot that day and plan to stay and shoot awhile.

Also have a Kimber Custom Crimson Carry and a Ruger SR1911. I guess you can tell I like 5" 1911s.

Previously owned a Colt 1991 Commander and a Charles Daly gov't model 1911 and a SA XD 45.

Have several other handguns a several shotguns and rifles just to keep me occupied.

Enjoy reloading also.

Happy to be onboard and really appreciate NAMVET72 helping me join.

Oh, I also like Corvettes (President of Port City Corvettes) and am going to the Vets & Jets Car Show in Pensacola, FL tomorrow or would get my range report in then.

Not sure how the "Mimber Lover" tag got under my Forum Name. I like my Kimber but like my DW better.
