Thanks for the feedback guys.
Yes, their website says SPCII 1:11 4 groove for the recon profile barrels. They state in their FAQ that the velocity gain in their barrels from 16 to 18" is approximately 50 fps. Since I handload, I should be able to get good velocity if I use powder of the right burning rate, and it'll be fun finding that powder.
