I used to use the Streamlight SL, as my duty light, then went to the Streamlight Stinger, then went to the even smaller Sure-Fire 6Z. Still have them and they've all served me well.

I keep a couple of Surefires in my truck, I just bought this Fenix to try something different. It will stay beside my bed.

I was able to pick up several of the Fenix PD10's 1 cr123a 180 lumens. Picked them up for $24.99 each. I use Surefire's for my primary and the Fenix as backup."Two is one, one is none".

Nope. I'll "whack" 'em with a 230gr JHP.

That way they don't have to get so close I can smell 'em.

I have an old hurricane lantern and a hand grenade. Strike a match or pull a pin, I'll light 'em up one way or the other
