I'm a big supporter of any gun manufacturers that would do this even if it meant it impacts me. Of course the only way I can think of to support them is to buy from them. Catch 22.

Was at a LGS on Saturday buying a few soon to be off roster pistols and was told that probably every manufacturer will not be doing the microstamping. He said that Kimber will be the next to announce they plan to drop Cali from their list of states they sell too.

This is all second hand and only his opinion, it has no weight, but I wouldn't doubt it to be true.

I fear that cancers that start in Kali, often spread to include the rest of us. I would be for a ban against any company that adapted the micro stamping. I still think that Californians can remedy this problem themselves given proper motivation. IMHO ( sorry Ell)

I hear ya , no worries brother. But considering that this state is mainly democratic, until they get voted out or the idiots voting them in move, we're pretty much screwed!

I'm glad to see that S&W grew a set of balls. They caved to the Mass. legislature back in 1998, and a lotta folks here in the northeast boycotted their products, maybe their memory isn't so short after all.

IMHO, it ain't balls, it's business. If they refuse to sell to California cops, apply it across the board, THAT'S balls
