Have only "cleared" my house once. About a year or so ago, around 3 am, the garage door suddenly opened. Our bedroom is directly above the garage so you can imagine our surprise. I grabbed the Cbob and Mayla had her Ruger 22, she wanted to take part also
 . We found nothing except a possessed garage door opener, it'd happened before but during the daytime. Since then we unplug it every night and when we leave for more than a day.
