See, my inability to carry legally is a "state issue", my state's laws suck.

Your inability to reload is, how do I phrase this, a "testicle issue". Or lack there of for better terms.

Do I need to research the chat box or was it in a thread where you said "my fiancee won't let me reload in the house"????
