Sorry you had that. CS can make or break a company even if the product is not top knotch. I don't use it so I have no impute on that. I use CLP and Eezox...both great...if it ain't broke don't fix it

I have been using Frog Lube for a few years and like it very much. I am not sure what the "new" formula is, but the product seems to work pretty well. I would write their CEO and ask him what has changed with their customer service folks. Good luck.
