The patriot was the flagship at one time. There is also a Pointman A(Aussie) which is a 10mm made for the Australian shooting team. Similar to a Razorback. I have never heard of a PM 2. Yes the Patriot is a Pointman.

I think the PM2 and PM minor were one in the same and had frames from the philippines. All the other PM's; PM Major, 7, Aussi, 9, 10 had frames that looked noticeably higher quality. The PM Majors had a non standard grip that was wider front to back. I owned one in 9mm but sold it to a friend. It was a great shooter but I didn't like that hump back sight on the slide. I have a trifecta of the new PM9's now and also have a PM Aussie. I'll correct our brother , I think all the Aussie's were .45's.
