Actually there is a video I saw(and will look for) from a few years ago where Boner openly states it is possible if Republicans (ever) have the House and Senate. That's how they tied Clinton's hands. I sometimes think Lewinsky was a plant to shut him down. A plan I would admire. I doubt it in Obama's case........race card riots would be the ruination of the Republican Party forever.

Impeachment will surely mean a Democrat sweep in the next presidential election. They mobilized enough votes to get him elected twice. Impeach him and you will have them wanting to get another democrat into the office to unimpeach him after we impeached him. I will give you the same advice I said when Bush won re-election. He won get over it. Drop the impeachment talk and focus on winning the next battle.
