Can't stand the beer, but always loved their commercials.

I love those too. Budweiser has abandoned the horse commercials. They say they do not appeal to the young people. Something like 65% of their core target group have never had a Budweiser.

What and have another crappy whiskey taking up space on the shelves???

If they can't make a decent beer, what makes you think they could make whiskey???

With the advent of micro brew houses in every neighborhood the beer business has returned to its roots pretty much. Craft beer around the corner. More proof God loves us. The big guys are fighting back with new additions of their own and buying some most popular micros and taking them national themselves to crowd the little guys off the shelves with some success, I think. I used to be an expert. If visiting the used beer department is any evidence of experience. I drank for the taste but mostly because of how much a few beers boosted my IQ. Sure. Look ma, no hands.. One thing I learned is that although it may taste like it, the sdales do NOT pizz in the bottles. The horse pizz was Schlitz. Honest.

I'm not even a beer drinker, but there is a place here called the Cannon Brewpub that has a microbrew red ale that I really love.

I have never liked Bud.

Probably true, they "might" get it right I would give them a chance. Maybe horse squizings in a bottle?
