Forgive me for,taking liberties with this forum. While it doesn't warrant a wall of honor posting, I thought it worthy .
As some may know, 2 June 2016 was the 40th anniversary of my graduation from The United States Military Academy at West Point, Army for short. We were offered the opportunity to purchase a commerative 1911. There 4 options but I chose a series 70 Government model as thst was my sidearm. It was engraved by Baron. We've waited several months but they are in. Here are a couple picks.   And yes I'm going to shoot it. D
