yep, this will be an issue until this goes further across the nation. A MO resident comes into state XX, no documents and now he has an issue.....

Don't think they abolished the CCW in MO, just now allow CC without one. IIRC, MO still has a CCW provision just for the reason you state.

Oh that is good. I can see coming up to Minnesota for some corn or something and having a gun, they getting pulled over and arrested...but if there is a card then they are covered. Good job MO!!
