Not sure what or where the Kimber hating comes from. I have owned 4 different Kimber hand guns over the past 25 years and all were fine weapons, well built and gave faithful service. The two that I sold went for nearly what I paid new for them. One other I gifted to my son who loves it. I know some have had minor feed or extraction problems such as empty brass burns on the forehead
 but it appears that customer service is responsive and Kimber stands behind their products without the abusive crap at least one of the near custom made owners lays out on his buyers. Good purchase in my view Major. Shoot it in good health. It is a great little carry piece. Thanks for the post. Dennis
