Gibbs carries a SIG because that's what NCIS requires him to carry. I'm sure that if he had his choice, it would be his 1911. Both the 1911 and the character have so much in common. Both are "older" and "matured," yet have been able to survive and change over their lifetimes. Not to mention that I wouldn't want to be on the business end of either one.

My vote is still for "Gibbs."

Should rename it "Seldom Used" as it has not been taken out to see any "ranges" in many moons.

OP, I've only named one gun that I own and that was the one built as a tribute to my late father. I gave it his childhood nickname.
