If you are talking about the Model 1900, it was in 32 ACP.

Winchester Model 1907, chambered in .351 Winchester a common rifle used by both the law and the criminals. A 20 round magazine was available.

Default Well there is a rimfire Winchester too...
This is a Winchester Model 1903, Chambered in Winchester .22 Automatic...

Ammo isn’t dirt cheap but it is available!
