Tube feed 22 remmington 550 vs 552
Hello all,
I am looking to purchase a tube feed semi 22. Can anyone chime in on what would be a better gun? A lgs has a very clean 550-1 for $260 a lot less than I can get a new 552 speedmaster for. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to all |

Never had or shot the Remi but, I had a Marlin 60 and it was very reliable.

I had a Rem S/A many years ago. It worked like a charm. A new 6550 597 goes for $175.

I grew up with a Remington single shot .22, been passed around the family for everyones first gun. Can't wait for my son to get it. Great gun, shot a million times....Wouldn't sell it for 1k!

I've got a Remington 572 fieldmaster that's a real tack driver, that my dad's nylon 66 and my great grandfather's model 34 are the only Remington tube feeds I've ever shot or owned but they're all great.
also can't beat an older marlin model 60.
