Default Ok after a long delay, here it is.

Most everyone knows I ordered an upper and a lower for an AR15. I ordered my upper from Palmetto State it is a Mid A2 Madness - 16' CMV Chrome-Lined Stripped Upper it has a 1-7 twist.

The lower group is from LMT. It's a Defender 2000, and I ended up with 2 lower receivers before it was all said and done. I went down to Snapshots gun store in north KC, where Bill works, aka BassAckwards. I also bought the BCG and a charging handle from him since my upper didn't come with them. I picked up a MagPul flip up rear site while I was at it.

I put it together and here she is, along with my son. He looks so innocent.

I believe one of my lowers is jacked up because it won't feed the ammo into the chamber, but the other lower will. I am taking it into the gun store when I get a minute and I am in the area. Hopefully its a quick fix because both lowers are consecutive numbered. I know it seems accurate as hell but I haven't had a chance to shoot it on paper with it properly working. I plan on getting a free float quad rail for it, I also need a case, and a tactical sling. Hopefully it won't be long before I can get the rest of the stuff. We will see though. I have been working everyday with hardly any time off. Yesterday was 9 days in a row. That's all I know though. Hope you enjoy the write up and pics.

Nice looking rifle. I live about an hour and a half from Palmetto State. Their good guys to work with and the prices are always right. I've purchased two of their uppers over the last few years and I only have good things to say about em'.

Sweet!

Let me know what you decide on for a case. A Colt LE6920 and SWAG 2H just magically appeared here. Natchez has a sale going on soft cases, but it seems the good 'uns are out of stock. Cheaper Than Dirt had some real nice soft cases I bought for other long guns a few years back (no names, so I assume it's their brand) but I can't find them on their website any longer.
