If anyone has that card they should balance transfer and close the account. Would be better if you just sent them a letter that since they don’t want NRA money and you are a member of the NRA then you will honor their wishes and stop paying on the balance. You got the card to benefit the NRA and if they have terminated the agreement with the NRA then you are under no obligation to repay.
