I know what an "Officer" is and understand that a CCO is a concealed carry version but what really differentiates the two?

As I understand it, a CCO has a commander slide (4.25" barrel) on an officer's frame.
I could be wrong though. I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken. ![]()
